Order Tracking

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Availability and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
The Feeling is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
